Sheep Wool Beanie Wrap

Natural insulation, burn protection, and longer‑lasting warmth for your heat bag

The Beanie Wrap envelopes your heat bag in soft, breathable 100% sheep’s wool fabric, creating a safer and more comfortable warming experience. Simply heat your bean bag first, then wrap it in the Beanie Wrap. The wool acts as a natural insulator, helping prevent burns while keeping your heat bag warmer for longer.

Made from our 350‑gram lightweight sheep’s wool pile fabric, this wrap is soft, flexible, and secured with a Velcro closure for easy on/off. It’s perfect for soothing sore muscles, easing tension, or adding gentle warmth wherever you need it.

If you don’t already have a beanie, we can fill one for you with our loose Merino sheep’s wool.

Available Sizes

  • 6" × 22"

  • 11" × 13"

What Is Sheep Wool Fabric?

Our wool fabric is made from:

  • Real wool fibres (sheared from the sheep)

  • soft nylon grid

  • medical‑grade acrylic stabilizer

The wool is “knitted” into the nylon grid and stabilized with acrylic, creating a plush, breathable material that looks like sheepskin, but without the hide. This makes it durable, washable, and ideal for health and wellness products.

Care Instructions

  • Machine wash on delicate in cool/lukewarm water (up to 70°C)

  • Use wool soap with lanolin (e.g., Eucalan)

  • Air dry or tumble with NO heat

  • Remove from dryer at 85% dry  remaining moisture evaporates naturally

  • Spot clean with warm water (up to 70°C) and disinfecting soap
