Simple nail care. A regular time reserved for you.
Our Express Foot Care Clinic offers 20-minute appointments for clients whose needs are suitable for basic nail care. An initial full foot care visit and nurse approval are required before joining.
Start with a full visit and an eligibility assessment.
Before your first Express appointment, you must attend an initial full foot care visit. Your nurse will assess your feet and care needs, determine whether your nail care is suitable for a 20-minute visit, and provide sign-off if you are eligible.
Receive nurse approval
Your assessing nurse determines what qualifies as basic nail care. Express appointments are available only after the nurse has assessed and signed off on your eligibility.
Reserve your regular time
Once approved and enrolled, you will be booked every six weeks on a Friday at the same scheduled time, subject to space availability.
Arrange payment in advance
Keep a valid credit card on file or have prepaid visits available on your account. One of these payment arrangements is required to participate.
Arrival and missed-visit policy
Arrive at least five minutes early.
Express appointments run on a strict 20-minute schedule. Arriving early allows your visit to begin on time and keeps the clinic running smoothly for every client.
- You must be at the clinic a minimum of five minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- There is no grace period for late arrivals.
- If you are late for your appointment, the visit will be treated as missed and the full $60 appointment fee will apply.
- Missed appointments are charged the full $60 visit fee.
Basic nail care only.
Express Clinic is designed for straightforward nail care that your assessing nurse determines can be completed within 20 minutes. It is not a full foot care appointment.
Nurse-approved basic nail care
The scope of your Express care is determined during your initial assessment.
No add-on treatments
Add-on treatments cannot be provided during Express Clinic. Please contact our scheduling office to arrange a separate appointment for additional care.

Express Clinic appointments will be provided primarily by Nurse Lisa, a skilled foot care nurse with a passion for foot care and a warm, professional approach.
