The course description, eligibility requirements, price, currency, taxes, included components, delivery arrangements, access period and any limitations displayed on the applicable sales page or checkout at the time of purchase form part of the registration agreement.

Purchasers must provide accurate contact, billing, shipping and professional information. Longevity Foot Care Inc. may request reasonable confirmation of a learner’s identity, prior education, professional designation, nursing registration or eligibility where these are relevant to the course.

Registration is not complete until required payment has been received or an approved payment arrangement is active. A purchase confirmation, receipt and/or enrolment notice will be provided electronically. The purchaser should retain these records together with a copy of the policies accepted at checkout.

If the person paying for a course is not the learner, both the purchaser and learner are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable terms.

Course fees are stated in Canadian dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and any separately charged costs are disclosed before payment.

Promotional prices, discount codes and limited-time offers apply only during the stated offer period and are subject to the eligibility conditions shown with the offer. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Where a payment plan is offered, the purchaser remains responsible for all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of course access. Suspension for non-payment does not extend the course access period or cancel an outstanding payment obligation, except where required by law.

All course registrations are final sale. Longevity Foot Care Inc. provides access to proprietary educational content, instructional methods, demonstrations, resources and other protected materials. Digital access may begin immediately after purchase or according to the lesson-release schedule disclosed for the course. Once access to any portion of a digital course has been issued, the course fee is non-refundable.

No refund, partial refund, credit or price adjustment will be provided because of:

• a change of mind;
• scheduling conflicts, work demands, travel or personal circumstances;
• failure to begin, continue or complete a course;
• failure to use the available access period;
• failure to complete assignments or other requirements before access expires;
• loss of professional eligibility, employment or nursing registration after registration;
• dissatisfaction based on personal preference when the course has been supplied as described;
• removal from a course for non-payment, unsafe conduct or a material breach of these policies; or
• a later promotional price or discount.

Fees for reserved live instruction or clinical training are also non-refundable. These fees reserve educator time and may involve advance scheduling, administration, client coordination and preparation.

This policy does not limit a cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If Longevity Foot Care Inc. cancels a course or cannot provide a purchased component, the learner will be offered a reasonable replacement or rescheduled option. If a suitable alternative cannot be provided or is not accepted, an appropriate refund will be issued for the component Longevity Foot Care Inc. is unable to provide, subject to applicable law.

The applicable access period begins when the learner’s enrolment is activated or on another start date expressly stated in writing. Access periods run in consecutive calendar days and do not pause automatically when the learner is inactive.

Learners are responsible for monitoring their own access deadline and completing all required lessons, assignments, evaluations and downloads before it expires. Expired access does not create a right to a refund, credit or certificate.

Extensions are not automatic. A learner may submit a written request before the access period expires, but approval is at the discretion of Longevity Foot Care Inc. An extension may be limited, may require an administrative or re-enrolment fee and may not be available for every course.

Registrations, course accounts and access rights may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another person. A request to move a registration to another intake, date or product must be approved in writing and may be declined or subject to additional fees.

Courses may be self-paced, progressively released, scheduled live, delivered in person or provided in a blended format. The delivery method and any release schedule are identified in the course description or learner orientation.

Longevity Foot Care Inc. may correct errors, update clinical information, replace examples, improve demonstrations or make reasonable changes to course sequencing, instructors, technology or resources. Changes will not intentionally remove the essential educational value of the product purchased.

Short platform interruptions, routine maintenance or individual technical difficulties do not normally extend access. If a significant service interruption within Longevity Foot Care Inc.’s control materially prevents learners from using the course, a reasonable adjustment will be considered.

Unless otherwise stated, course videos, photographs, demonstrations, written lessons, templates, graphics, downloads, assignments, case studies, teaching methods and other resources are owned by or licensed to Longevity Foot Care Inc. They are provided under a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for the registered learner’s education and professional development.

Learners may apply the knowledge and skills they develop in their own lawful professional practice. They may also use downloads that are expressly provided for clinical use for their intended purpose, subject to any instructions or limitations accompanying those resources.

Without prior written permission, learners may not:

• share login credentials or permit another person to use their account;
• copy, reproduce, photograph, screen-capture, screen-record, audio-record, transcribe or download materials except through an authorized course function;
• post, email, sell, publish, distribute or publicly display course materials;
• upload course content to a generative-AI system, chatbot, transcription service, shared drive, file-sharing site, training database or other third-party service;
• remove copyright, branding or attribution notices;
• use Longevity Foot Care Inc. materials to create or deliver another course, workshop, handout, protocol, membership resource or commercial training product; or
• represent Longevity Foot Care Inc. content, credentials or endorsement as their own.

Unauthorized copying or sharing may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may lead to further action to protect Longevity Foot Care Inc.’s rights.

Submitted work must be the learner’s own and must accurately represent the activities completed. External sources must be acknowledged when required. Learners must not copy another student’s work, submit fabricated clinical experiences, falsify completion evidence or arrange for another person or automated tool to complete an assignment on their behalf.

Client information used in assignments or discussion must be appropriately de-identified. Names, dates of birth, addresses, identifying photographs, health numbers and other unnecessary personal details must not be submitted.

Course materials must not be uploaded to generative-AI or other third-party tools. If a specific assignment expressly permits AI-assisted work, the learner remains responsible for accuracy, privacy, disclosure and their own clinical reasoning.

Work that does not meet course requirements may be returned for revision. Academic-integrity concerns may result in a required resubmission, withheld certificate, suspension or removal from the course without refund.

Completion requirements vary by course and may include lessons, quizzes, assignments, practical demonstrations, evaluations, clinical attendance or feedback activities. A course is complete only when all stated requirements have been met within the applicable access period.

Where a course uses a Pass / Revision Required evaluation model, feedback is intended to help the learner meet the required outcome. Any revision must be completed and resubmitted before access expires unless a written exception is granted.

Certificates are issued only after the applicable completion requirements have been satisfied. A certificate confirms completion of the named educational activity; it does not independently grant a professional designation, licence, authorization to practise, expansion of scope or guaranteed recognition for continuing-education credit.

Course completion does not guarantee employment, contracts, referrals, clients, income or any particular professional result.

Longevity Foot Care Inc. courses are provided for professional education. They do not replace individualized assessment, clinical judgment, informed consent, documentation, referral, employer requirements or consultation with an appropriate regulated professional.

Techniques and examples shown in a course may not be suitable for every client or clinical situation. Each learner is responsible for deciding whether and how information may be used within their own competence, professional role and jurisdiction.

No course offered by Longevity Foot Care Inc. changes or expands a learner’s legal scope of practice. Learners must follow all applicable legislation, regulatory standards, professional guidance and workplace policies. International and out-of-province learners are specifically responsible for confirming the requirements that apply where they practise.

Online learners require a reliable internet connection, a current email address and a device and browser capable of using the course platform. Learners are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for reviewing course and administrative emails, including messages that may be filtered into spam or promotions folders.

Technical concerns should be reported promptly to assistance@longevityservices.ca with enough information to identify the learner, course and problem. Longevity Foot Care Inc. will provide reasonable assistance with course-access issues but cannot guarantee support for every personal device, browser setting, network or third-party application.

Individual equipment failure, forgotten passwords, missed emails or internet problems outside Longevity Foot Care Inc.’s control are not grounds for a refund.

Learners must communicate respectfully and professionally with educators, staff, clients and other students. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, abusive communication, deliberate disruption, unsafe clinical behaviour or serious breaches of confidentiality are not permitted.

During clinical training, demonstrations or community discussions, learners must:

• protect client and student privacy;
• follow educator directions, infection-prevention procedures and site safety requirements;
• remain within their authorized role and demonstrated competence;
• avoid taking photographs, video or audio without express permission; and
• immediately disclose any circumstance that could affect safe participation.

Longevity Foot Care Inc. may stop or modify a learner’s participation where necessary to protect clients, learners, staff or the integrity of the program.

Some paid programs include access to a private learner or alumni community. Community access is a supplemental benefit, is subject to group rules and may be delivered through a third-party platform.

Membership does not guarantee individualized clinical advice, immediate responses, employment, business opportunities, referrals or continued availability of a particular platform. A member may be removed for confidentiality concerns, harassment, unsafe advice, unauthorized promotion, sharing protected content or other serious or repeated violations of community standards. Removal for breach does not create a right to a course refund.

Longevity Foot Care Inc. may suspend or terminate access or participation for unpaid fees, unauthorized sharing, copyright infringement, academic dishonesty, falsified eligibility information, unsafe conduct, serious confidentiality breaches, harassment or another material violation of these policies.

Where appropriate, the learner will be informed of the concern and given an opportunity to respond. Immediate restriction may occur when necessary to protect safety, privacy, clients, systems or proprietary materials. A learner removed because of their own material breach is not entitled to a refund, subject to applicable law.

Personal information is collected and used for registration, payment, course delivery, learner support, evaluation, certification, shipping, recordkeeping and other purposes described in Longevity Foot Care Inc.’s Privacy Policy.

Learners consent to receiving transactional communications required to administer their registration. Optional promotional communications are managed separately and may be unsubscribed from as provided by law.

The policies accepted at the time of purchase govern that registration. Longevity Foot Care Inc. may update these public policies prospectively to reflect new courses, technology, operational requirements or legal obligations. A later policy update will not retroactively remove a material right already included in a completed purchase agreement.

These policies are governed by the laws applicable in British Columbia and Canada, while preserving any mandatory rights that apply to a purchaser in another jurisdiction.
