This balm is the real McCoy, ultima supremo, Fortissimo! Seriously though, we as nurses wash our hands over and over and over, because we know that hand washing saves lives! How about rewarding yourself for all that hand washing by bringing those paws back to the smooth silky state they belong in. Also great for hard working man hands, or fissures that often happen in callused hands or feet. Apply cream in the fissures daily, especially before bed. The new skin will grow up from below, and you can smooth away the rough edges of the callus as it does.
